The successful candidate needs to provide a can do attitude and enjoy liaising with customers to secure sales and assist our instructors. You will be capable of being given direction to complete tasks to an acceptable standard and timeframe. Job tasks will include using our customised systems to booking training, send confirmations, following up Sales phone calls and chase overdue payments. You will also be required to answer phones, reply to emails, ensuring the site remains safe, clean and tidy on a day to day basis. We ask you also make yourself available to attend dinner meetings once every 4-6 weeks so the entire team can get together. ASWEFA has a social club you will be welcome to join. We would like someone to work 40 hours per week (7.00am - 5.30pm) Tuesday to Friday. This will be split between out Henderson and Penrose branches. You will therefore need your own, reliable transport. The occasional Saturday will be required from time to time, plenty of notice will be given prior to this. It works out to approximately 6 Saturdays a year.

F Endorsement and Worksite Forklift licence is a MUST, as well as knowledge of SAP and a clean drivers licence. PPE will be provided and wages are paid weekly. This is based in Hamilton and you must be flexible to work a rotational roster on a 4x4 (dayshift) roster from 6am to 6pm. This includes occassional weekend shifts.
